When sprayed on paper, this smells like a sweeter version of Chanel Egoiste Platinum. On skin, less so: it's just nutty sweet with an aromatic and sour backdrop. The sweet-sour combo makes it somewhat cloying. This is the first time I see sugar listed in notes, and sweet it certainly is. And sour. Sourness is not it for a cold weather.
I like how Dior re-imagined this archetype in Sauvage Elixir: less sugar and pleasantries, more wood and manliness. I find Sauvage Elixir to be better than Stronger With You, although the latter is still good, especially if you like sweet scents. I just wish it had more character instead of being an inoffensive crowd pleaser. I should probably go try the flankers.
Projection is about average, longevity is good to very good, easy to smell on skin 12 hours after application.
