After trying Prada L’Homme, I wanted something lighter and fresher, and hoped Prada L’Homme L’Eau to be it. And it is. I would say that while L’Homme is 50% fluffy, 50% aromatic, L’Eau is 25% fluffy and 75% aromatic. Similar scents, just mixed differently.
The aromatic part here is centered around something that smells like bitter violet, so this is something to consider about this perfume, whether you are into bitter-ish fragrances. The other part is sweet and powdery.
Overall L’Eau is an inoffensive, safe, low-key, and versatile perfume, playing into the Italian “soap and fresh clothes” style. It corresponds to Dior Homme Original if you compare the L’Homme and Homme lines. Homme Original is better, but then it’s probably better than 99% perfumes available.
The bottle fits the scent, although the glossy doesn’t match the powdery.
